GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for using the Rookies on Wheels webshop and website. By visiting or purchasing from rookiesonwheels.com, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Rookies on Wheels is available only by email at mail@rookiesonwheels.com
USE OF THE WEBSHOP
The webshop offers clothing and merchandise for sale to customers worldwide. All users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. Users agree to provide correct and truthful information when placing an order.
ORDERS AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
When you place an order through the webshop, you make an offer to buy a product. The purchase agreement becomes valid only after Rookies on Wheels confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as incorrect pricing, stock problems, or suspicion of fraud.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the webshop are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production processes. Customers accept that minor differences do not qualify as product defects.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
All products are produced individually in the Netherlands. Production can take up to 10 working days before shipment. After production is finished, we strive to hand over the package to the carrier within 5 working days. Delivery times depend on POSTNL or DHL and may vary by destination.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package has been handed over to POSTNL or DHL, Rookies on Wheels is no longer liable for delivery issues. Delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier fall outside our responsibility. Tracking information is provided through the MyParcel system.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to the official Refund and Returns Policy published on the website. Customers must request returns by email and wait for approval before sending any package back. The costs and risks of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers can request cancellation only by email. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the current status of production or shipment. If cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed according to the Refund and Returns Policy.
NO WARRANTY
Rookies on Wheels provides no product warranty on items sold on rookiesonwheels.com. We do not guarantee durability, suitability for a specific purpose, or long term performance of any product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on rookiesonwheels.com including logos, images, designs, and text is the property of Rookies on Wheels. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
PRIVACY
Personal data provided by customers is used only for processing orders and communication. Rookies on Wheels handles data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except when required for shipping and payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rookies on Wheels is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage related to the use of the website or products. The total liability of Rookies on Wheels shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rookies on Wheels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of the webshop after changes means acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
