GENERAL TERMS
This policy explains all rules and procedures for returns and refunds in the Rookies on Wheels webshop. By making a purchase on rookiesonwheels.com, customers confirm that they agree to the conditions described in this document. We are only available by email at mail@rookiesonwheels.com.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
A product can be returned only if it is unworn, unused, and placed in the original packaging. The item must be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer. We accept returns exclusively for goods that have not been worn, washed, modified, or damaged by the customer in any way.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
If a customer wishes to return a product, they must notify Rookies on Wheels by email within 14 days after receiving the order. After we approve the return request by email, the customer must ship the return package within 14 days from the date of approval.

RETURN COSTS AND RISKS
All costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. The customer accepts all risks related to sending products back to us. This includes loss, theft, damage, or any transport problems that occur after the package has been shipped. We strongly recommend that customers pack returns carefully and use a reliable courier service with tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Do not send any packages to us without prior approval. After your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return details including the name and address to use. If you do not use the information we supply, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package.

INSURED SHIPPING REQUESTS
If a customer wants insured shipping for a new order, they must contact us by email within 24 hours after placing the order. The request must clearly mention the order details and confirm that insured delivery is required. Additional costs will be charged for insured shipping.

REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued automatically. We process a refund only after a valid return has been received and inspected by us. Once the returned product arrives, we check the condition and verify that all return requirements are met. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive the return package. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Customers receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been completed.

REFUNDS AS GIFT VOUCHERS
When agreed by the customer, refunds can be issued in the form of Rookies on Wheels gift vouchers. These vouchers remain valid for five years from the date of issue. The value of the voucher will not expire during this period. Exchanges for a different size are possible, but extra shipping costs can be charged for size exchanges.

NON ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Items that show any signs of wear or use are not eligible for return or refund. Merchandise that is custom made or individually produced can be returned only if it remains completely unused and in original condition.

PRODUCT INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING
Every product is carefully inspected before shipment. All products are checked for correct order details, print quality, and overall condition before leaving our facility.

NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
Rookies on Wheels provides no warranty on any product sold on rookiesonwheels.com. We do not guarantee durability, suitability for a specific purpose, or long term performance of any item.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Our merchandise are produced individually by a local shop in the Netherlands. Because of this process, production and preparation require time. Manufacturing can take up to 10 working days before an order is ready to ship. After production is completed, we aim to hand over the package to the carrier within 5 working days.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
As soon as an order has been handed over to POSTNL or DHL, Rookies on Wheels is no longer liable for delivery related issues. Delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier are outside our responsibility.

SYSTEMS WE USE
Rookies on Wheels uses the MyParcel system for creating shipping labels and tracking information. Orders are managed through this system for efficient handling and communication.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers can request order cancellation only by email. Approval of cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the current status of production or shipment.
